Fix obvious runtime errors after merge.

* lisp/term/x-win.el (x-initialize-window-system): Make a copy of pure list.

* src/puresize.h (BASE_PURESIZE): Increase puresize.

* src/alloc.c (emacs_blocked_malloc): Disable mallopt call.
